We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products
All products are made to order. We strive to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy due to different screen settings.
Custom pet designs are created based on the images provided by the customer. The final result depends on the quality of the submitted image.
3. Orders & Payment
Payment must be completed before the order is processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
4. Processing & Shipping
Processing time is typically 1–5 business days, depending on order volume, weekends, and holidays.
Shipping times vary based on location. Some orders may be delivered to a pickup point. Customers are responsible for collecting their package in time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue.
Custom orders cannot be refunded unless there is a clear production error.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on shirts.pet are the property of shirts.pet and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Customers confirm they have the right to use any images they submit for custom products.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
